Windows 10X launches a new operating system on Surface Pro

Microsoft is developing the Windows 10X operating system, which will be optimized for modern devices, although it will retain most of Windows 10. The developer with the nickname XDeltaXForce has published a video showing Windows 10X with the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 tablet.

In this video, you can see the Windows 10X interface and various features of the operating system. The developer showed a start menu, a screen for quickly switching between applications, system settings, and several built-in applications. Based on this video, Windows 10X will retain much of the design of Windows 10X, but the way the user interacts with the interface has changed. Obviously, Microsoft engineers tried to optimize this OS for touch control, including work with a stylus.

Microsoft is expected to release Windows 10X in the second half of 2021. In early 2022, the first tablets, laptops and hybrid devices with this operating system should appear on sale.
