Citing supply chain officials, the source said Intel continues to push forward with foldable laptop designs. Such laptops are said to have a “good chance” of hitting store shelves by the end of this year.

Recall that the world’s first laptop with a flexible screen is already on sale. This happened last September. The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Fold, shown at last year’s CES, features a 13.3-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. This laptop, which costs $ 2,500 and weighs 999 grams, is built on the Intel platform.
