According to the source, representatives of Microsoft and Nuance Communications have already started the stage of negotiations. Recall that the activity of the latter is tied to artificial intelligence technologies. They became the basis for the creation of the corporate voice assistant of the American giant Apple – Siri. It is reported that the companies may announce their merger as early as this week. The deal is expected to cost $ 56 per share. At the same time, conditions may change.

Bloomberg noted that Nuance’s capital would be estimated at approximately $16 billion. Moreover, this price is 23% higher than the one set at the close of trading on Friday.
