If you’re having trouble with the new Xbox Series X | S controllers, you can be sure you’re not alone. On the American corporation’s official forum, a 42-page thread is found in which players report inconveniences in the games.
Some customers are unable to play controllers connected to the new Microsoft consoles because the devices become unresponsive. However, the company is aware of the problem and will soon take action in the form of a patch:
“We know that some players may have problems disabling the new Xbox Wireless Controllers, and our teams are actively working on a solution that will be included in a future update.”
It is difficult to confirm the magnitude of the problem now, but Microsoft is not idle.
