The new feature is being tested in Microsoft Edge for Android.
Microsoft has begun testing an essential innovation for its proprietary Microsoft Edge browser. It’s about syncing tabs and history between Android and Windows platforms.
The feature became available in the beta version of Microsoft Edge for Android under the number 220.127.116.1118. To activate synchronization, you need to go to the browser settings, select the account (email address), the item “Synchronization,” Open tabs, and history. To view the synchronized tabs, open the “Recent tabs.”
Microsoft Edge currently lets you sync a variety of information, including form data, passwords, favorites, and collections. With the addition of history and tab sync, it becomes more convenient to browse the same sites on a computer and smartphone in turn.
It’s unclear when the feature will be available to users of the stable version of Microsoft Edge.
