Fortnite gamers on PlayStation 5 will get something that new Xbox owners will not have.

It’s about full support for the DualSense gamepad: Full HD resolution on Xbox Series S

Epic Games first announced the Fortnite select update for next-gen consoles six months ago. Today she shared the details.

So, on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the game will run in 4K at 60 fps. Also, the developers promise new visual effects and improved graphics. Xbox Series S owners will be able to play at the same frame rate, but only in Full HD. Also, for this console, most of the visual effects available on older consoles are promised.

PS5 owners will find themselves unique, as Fortnite will support the new DualSense gamepad technologies, dynamic triggers, and further tactile feedback.

The Fortnite update for the new consoles will appear on the consoles’ launch days, i.e., for the Xbox, November 10, and the PS5, it is November 12.
