Apple to track family members’ performance in the Health app

Apple today announced it would allow iOS users to share data from its Health app with family members or others. They will also provide access to alerts for changes in vital signs, including a sharp rise in heart rate or changes in movement.

Here are some application we recommend to improve your health at work.

The new function should be useful for people who need to monitor the health of their loved ones, for example, elderly family members. It can even help save lives or avoid complications by allowing timely responses to changes in performance or by reporting a person’s fall.

Apple has also added another metric to the Health app, such as walking stability. It will use previously collected movement data to track any change in balance or walking patterns to inform users of an increased risk of falling. The Health app will also provide users with a range of new exercises to help improve stability while walking. Apple says it has used data from more than 100,000 clinical trial participants to develop its gait stability tracking feature.

The innovation is expected to preserve the health of many older people. According to research, about 30 million people over the age of 65 fall each year, resulting in injuries that lead to tangible health problems.
