Apple plans to boost MacBook sales with new models

14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros will be introduced in the second half of the year.

According to insiders, in the second half of this year, Apple will introduce the new design of 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros based on Apple Silicon processors.

In addition to the new processors, the new products will be the first laptops with mini-LED displays. These screens are brighter, more contrasty, thinner, and more energy-efficient. And this is compared with OLED, not to mention the IPS panels that are in use today.

If the new MacBooks also come out in black, which is hinted at by the company’s patent, then this will be a victory.

According to Taiwanese research firm TrendForce, the new products will increase Apple’s share of the laptop processor market by about 7%.

The agency also claims that Intel will have to work hard to cope with Apple and AMD – the chips of these companies are much more interesting than Intel’s latest solutions.

This year, in addition to the new MacBooks, Apple may show the iMac in a new design. But the most interesting is the iMac Pro and Mac Pro on Apple Silicon. It was reported on Twitter that the company is working on 64-core solutions for high-end computers.

Very interesting to see, considering that the Apple M1 is very good. Extraordinarily good!
