The successor to Apple’s AirPods Pro will receive the same in-ear nozzles and active noise cancellation, but the headphones’ appearance will be different.
In particular, the leg will become noticeably shorter, and in the photo below, it seems that it is not there at all. The earbuds themselves will become more round and thus approximate in appearance to the Samsung Galaxy Buds or Google Pixel Buds.
The shape of the case will not change dramatically, but it will become smaller and lighter.
According to rumours, Apple will release AirPods Pro 2 in two sizes – standard and large. There is no information about the price or the exact release date yet.
